What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
All sales are final. However, if there is a mishap on our part we will do our best to accommodate you so that you are satisfied. Integrity over money always.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is processing and how long does it take?
Processing is the time where we are waiting for your payment to clear, packing your order, and dropping it off at the designated shipping location. Process is typically 3 business days with no delays.
How long is shipping and how much does it cost?
Shipping is free for all orders. Shipping takes 3-5 business days once dropped off at designated shipping location.
Is the hair raw or virgin and how long does it last?
It is 100% virgin hair that lasts 3+ years with proper maintenance. Although it is low maintenance hair it still needs to be washed once it feels oily or once per month.
We recommend you to use a sulfate free shampoo as that causes the hair to be completely stripped and dried out causing tangling and shedding.
Highly recommend you to go in with a conditioner after shampooing your bundles to bring back that moisture.
We highly recommend you letting it air dry as this helps lock in natural luster and moisture.
